a Shipping / Delivery / Ordering
Due to our closing down sale, and our products being at, or below cost, we can no longer offer free metro delivery. Some orders may be subject to extra delivery fees if the items are bulky, or delivery is to a location out of the usual Metro areas. We will notify you if there are additional charges to be paid once your order is made.
Am I liable for import taxes/duties?
Us lucky Aussies get all our imported (Direct Dispatch) products, valued under $1000AUD duty-free so our sun-kissed little asses don’t have to worry about all that baloney.
What countries do you ship to?
G’day to our overseas MoFo’s! Unfortunately we are only shipping within Australia at the moment. BUT, if there is anything on here you really like, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do for you. It won’t hurt to ask!
How long will my order take to get here?
All expected delivery times are stated on the product pages AND your order confirmation Email. If you order an item that is ‘In Stock’ then it will be sent asap from our Melbourne MoFo HQ. Usually 3-7 days depending where you are in Australia. Might be next day if you’re lucky! If it’s a ‘Direct Dispatch’ product, you might wait a little longer, as this will be coming from somewhere else in the world.
Will you ship all my items together?
Depends. Most things we hold in stock in sunny Melbourne, and will use the appropriate carrier to get it to you. Sometimes Auspost, sometimes a courier for bulkier items. Some items are shipped ‘Direct Dispatch’ from the makers. If you order stuff that’s held in different places then it would take David Blane to get all that in the same parcel for you. You might expect a couple of deliveries if this is the case. Hold tight, it’s all worth the wait.
What is your warranty policy?
Usual Australian statutory rights apply. If its broke we replace it. If it’s not fit for purpose, you’ll get your money back. See Returns/Refunds below for more info.
What happens after I’ve placed an order?
We will send you an email confirmation with all the info you need to keep you happy. Then you just chillax and wait for the postman.
What does this DIRECT DISPATCH mean?
No its not a bad Schwarzenegger/Stallone movie from the 80’s… It’s our fancy pants term for having your product sent direct to you from the designer/maker wherever they are in the world. All the expected delivery times are on the product pages, just so you know.
Its all worth the wait.
Do I need to register or sign up to buy from you?
Nope. Only free MoFo loving here. You’re welcome to browse and we even let you check-out smoothly without forcing you to sign up or sign in. Up to you if you want to join So MoFo though, so when you do come back we will remember all your deets. It’s a pain in the ass retyping all that stuff, we know. You’ll get some cool stuff sent to you occasionally as well. Maybe the odd freebie. No Spam though. We promise.

☞ Prizes can only be sent to a valid AUSTRALIAN address unless otherwise stated. We are at the arse end of the world and shipping overseas is expensive!

☞ The Judges (that’s me, the Head MoFo) decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. We don’t know what that last bit means, but we see it on all other rules, and thought it looked very official. So we added it.

Returns / Refunds
It’s not exactly what I had in mind, can I get my money back?
We give you plenty of quality photos and as much info as we can on all our products, and we’re happy to answer ALL questions before you take the plunge. BUT we know it’s easy to get carried away sometimes, so if you find that it’s not for you, then No Problemo!
We will honour our 21 day “Make Up Your Mofo’ing Mind” return policy on all Australian stocked product (unless stated otherwise). All we ask is 3 little things:
You let us know within 21 days of receiving the product
The item is returned to us Unused and Undamaged, and NOT having been previously assembled
All original packaging, labels, and contents are intact
Just Get In Touch and once we receive the item and provided these 3 terms are met we will refund the product cost to the original payment method pronto. Your credit card company may take a little while to clear this though. So don’t shout at us. All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer unless the product is faulty, damaged, or was not as per the original order.
My stuff arrived damaged, or it’s the wrong colour. What do I do?
Dang!. That wasn’t meant to happen, and it’s not your fault so we will take that on the chin. If it’s an Aussie stocked item, we will get you a replacement sent out as soon as we receive the suspect item back. Just Get In Touch and we will set you right, at our expense of course. If it’s from one of our international supply partners (Direct Dispatch) then you might have to wait a wee while for a replacement, or we can get you a refund. Up to you.
